The last night of 2008--the old year's finally gonna dissapear...what will you do? Anything interesting? With your lover, or with your families? Anyway, the thing is, you're happy, happy than all... Happy New Year.
Ingredients:(for one 15cm round mould and one souffle bowl)
2pc Chiffon cake, 50g suger, 1t brandy, 250g whipping cream, 200g fresh strawberry, 10g gelatine.
Methods:
1. Extract the juice from 200g strawberries.
2. Add 50g suger and 1t brandy into the cream, whip it till barely flowed. Set aside.
3. Soften the gelatine powder in a small bowl of water,and then melt it over a hot bath water.
4. Mix gelatine with whipped cream.Add the strawberry juice into the mixture and gradually stir it till smooth.
5.Set 1pc cake in the mould, cut three strawberries into half and put them separately on the periphery of the cake.Spread 2/3 portion of mousse over the top. Set another piece of cake on it, and then all the remaining mousse.
6.Chill in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
Tips: Use some fruits for decorating.
